Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
• Non-returnable items include:
  • Personal care items (e.g., earbuds, shavers) for hygiene reasons.
  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Items labeled as “non-returnable” or “final sale”.

Return Process

1. Contact us at contactus@nhnshoppinghub.com or call 0329 3398800 within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Include your order number, a photo (if applicable), and the reason for return.
3. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the shipping cost.
• For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email within 7 business days about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

• Items are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, and not due to our error.
• Items are missing packaging or accessories.
• The return was initiated after the 7-day window without approval.

Exchanges

1. Follow the standard return process for the original item.
2. Place a new order for the desired product.
